This guy is top tier. He installed a transfer switch and some other stuff for my generator a few days ago, then during the hurricane yesterday, my electrical pole that a different company installed incorrectly a couple months ago fell over. Scott came out the next morning (today, the day after the hurricane) and spent the entire day getting me set up with a new pole and got everything back up and running. Really good people, and they actually do the job right, which I can’t say for a lot of other places around here. Scott did a fantastic job installing an interlock, generator plug, and setting up our new generator, as well as a soft start on our central AC so we can use it when on generator power. Everything was done quickly and properly with no shortcuts. As a retired engineer and lifelong DIY-er I'm very particular about the quality of work done on my home and I can say with absolute honesty that Scott's quality of work gets 5-stars and 2 thumbs up from us! Now, we've got a nice 15KW generator ready to power our house whenever power goes out. Gone are the days of a tiny generator, a bunch of extension cords, and a struggling window unit. This is 90% of what you get with a whole-house standby generator for about 1/5 the cost. And believe me, for all the money I saved I do not mind plugging in a single, large extension cord, flipping a couple of breakers, and pushing a button. From now on, Southern Circuits will be our first and only call for all our electrical needs. We truly enjoy working with local businesses and people trying to make it in the working world. Scott is going to go a long way with the quality of work and service he provides. Please don't make a decision on electrical work until you've given Southern Circuits a call. Breath of fresh air. Scott found time to handle my emergency while several others couldn't fit me in for weeks. Communication was excellent through the whole process. It was easy to tell that he took pride in his work and wanted it done right rather than quickly. That was very important to me. From designing the layout to the install and suggesting the type of lights I needed they did a very professional job. I enjoyed meeting him and his Wife Madison who came to help him. 5 out of 5 starsI had never heard of Scott or his company before, but it was the first one that popped up in my search for an electrician. My Jacuzzi is 8 years old and has never been turned on. So basically brand new since the flood of 2016. I’ve had other companies look at it but in the end no one could fix it along with the crooked contractors that installed it. In less than 2 hours this thing was spraying water and bubbles like a whale in the Pacific. Soooo worth the couple of bucks. Excellent work. Thanks man!!!

I called Southern Circuits, Scott answered and was very helpful in trying to work around my schedule. We scheduled for later in the week but he ended up calling me back to offer Kenneth to come out same day to look at what we wanted fixed. 3 indoor outlets needed replacing and an outdoor plug for a fountain. Kenneth explained everything very throughly and Scott is getting me an estimate for a bigger job we may have done. I appreciate the speedy service and honesty!!
